What does a lesson look like?

We agree goals, groups and scheduling with your training coordinator. Topics reflect participants’ daily responsibilities. Reporting arrangements are agreed before the course.

We begin by discussing the learner’s experience and goals. Age is a guide, not a substitute for checking skills. Materials and pace are chosen so tasks are accessible while leaving room to grow.

We look beyond correct answers to independence: can the learner ask for clarification, find another word and finish a thought? Regularly revisiting material helps turn exercise-based knowledge into useful conversation.
